Fribourgissima – the Fribourg network

The association aims at promoting economic development in the Canton of Fribourg by forming a comprehensive network for economy and personal contacts. It is designed for the people of Fribourg, including those who have Fribourg in their hearts, those born here, and those who have moved here or were educated here, whether they be active in the canton itself, in Switzerland or elsewhere in the world. These individuals are united by an emotional tie with Fribourg, which forms a part of their history, mindset and outlook.

This unique network is new and exclusive, connecting men and women who share a common characteristic: all are decision makers in their own spheres, some in corporations, others in science, politics, sport or culture. Together they possess great creative potential. Each of them contributes to the development of the canton by investing their resources, skills, knowledge and relationship networks.

The goals of Fribourgissima lie in sustainable nature. In order to achieve them, the association is developing a network and holds regular and repeated congresses, seminars and meetings to create lasting and excellent relationships between its members.
